Scot’s practice is primarily in the areas of criminal and family law with a focus on financial crime, Youth Criminal Justice and Controlled Drugs and Substances, child protection, and collaborative separation and divorce. Since joining the firm, Scot has defended a client on murder charges, resulting in the Crown withdrawing all charges.
