A Christmas contract from Kennedy Schofield Lawyers

THIS AGREEMENT MADE BINDING THIS 21^st DAY OF DECEMBER 2018 BETWEEN:

Kennedy Schofield Lawyers, hereinafter the “Elves” and the Readers of our Blog, hereinafter the “Carolers”

WHEREAS the Elves and Carolers currently reside and/or work in the St. Margaret’s Bay Community

AND WITNESSETH that in consideration of mutual promises to each other, the Parties agree as follows:

The ELVES and the CAROLERS hereby agree to spread kindness and good cheer throughout the community, to neighbours and visitors alike;

The parties shall be responsible for their own actions and each party shall indemnify the other for all liability associated with their actions under this AGREEMENT; AND

The ELVES and CAROLERS shall take the opportunity to spend time with friends and family and celebrate the joys of the season.
